It is drafted to comply with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and the rules of the National Privacy Commission (NPC).
If you do not agree with this Policy, please refrain from using the Site. We may update the Policy at any time; the revised version takes effect once posted with a new “Last updated” date.

2. Personal Data We Collect

a. Personal Data
• Name, shipping or billing address, e-mail, phone number
• Age, gender, interests, or other details you give when creating an account, subscribing to newsletters, or joining promotions

b. Derivative Data
• IP address, browser type, operating system, access dates and times, pages viewed before or after visiting the Site

c. Financial Data
• Card brand, last four digits, expiration date (tokenised). All sensitive payment data is processed by Shopify Payments; we store only masked details.

• Device ID, model, operating-system version, and (if enabled) location data when you browse from a phone or tablet

• Session IDs, preference cookies, pixels, and web beacons (see Section 8)

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes stated or as required by law (e.g., Bureau of Internal Revenue record-keeping). Afterward, we securely delete or anonymise the data.

• Erase or block data that is unnecessary or unlawfully processed

To exercise any right, contact our Data Protection Officer (DPO) (Section 12). We will respond within fifteen (15) working days or as required by NPC rules.

8. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We use first- and third-party cookies, pixels, and similar tools to remember preferences, measure traffic, and deliver personalised content or ads. You can disable cookies in your browser; however, some Site functions may not work. Analytics providers such as Google Analytics receive only anonymised or pseudonymised data. You can install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on to disable this tracking.

9. Children’s Privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 18 years. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe we have done so inadvertently, please contact us for deletion.
